AI Applyd is an AI job application tool that helps people find suitable jobs, improve their applications, and apply directly through company career websites.
How It Works
Users upload their resume once and choose what kind of jobs they are looking for, including role, location, remote or office work, and salary preferences. AI Applyd then finds matching jobs and shows how well each one fits the user’s experience.
When a user chooses a job, AI Applyd can rewrite the resume for that specific position, create a cover letter, and complete the employer’s application form. It uses the information already in the resume and does not add experience or skills that the user does not have.
Direct Applications Through Employer Websites
The platform applies directly through the employer’s own recruitment system instead of sending applications through a job board. It supports 34 hiring platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Teamtailor, and Rippling.
For sites that require an account, such as Workday or iCIMS, AI Applyd can create the account, handle email verification through its own private relay system, and remember the login for future applications.
Application Proof and Tracking
One useful feature is application confirmation. AI Applyd keeps a record of the response returned by the employer’s system after an application is submitted. This makes it easier to know whether the company actually received the application.
If a job has closed or an application cannot be completed, the platform shows that instead of counting it as successfully sent.
Users can also follow the progress of each application, from the initial job match and resume update to the final submission. Employer replies can be organized so interview invitations and other important messages are easier to find.
Works With Other AI Assistants
AI Applyd also has a public MCP server that can connect with services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Raycast, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok.
Once connected, users can ask their preferred assistant to find jobs, tailor a resume, or start an application.
